Full Footcare- 70$ per visit. Includes nail clipping, corn and callous management, fungal nail management (thick, flaky, overgrown, discolored), diabetic teaching if applicable.

Dementia/Alzheimers, Mental Health Support Services; depression/anxiety, life transitions. 70$/hr

Support for newly diagnosed terminal clients and families. What happens now?

Coping with trauma, grief and loss.

Group or Individual Yoga and/or Mindfulness sessions offered by a Registered Yoga Teacher offered in the comfort of your own home, community, facility or office.
