Many of us have experiences throughout our lives that encapsulate significant loss. Whether it be the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the loss of a job, status or home. We struggle to make sense of it in a world that may not have the tools to support us.
We live in a culture that doesn’t exactly embrace grief or loss.
