Many of us have experiences throughout our lives that encapsulate significant loss. Whether it be the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the loss of a job, status or home. We struggle to make sense of it in a world that may not have the tools to support us.

We live in a culture that doesn’t exactly embrace grief or loss. Here is part 3 in a 5 part series exploring all sides of what grief is, how to manage it, and how to help others recognize, understand and heal from the hard stuff. Grief and Depression are intertwined however there are some ways to differentiate between the two.
