YogaWilder Instruction (RYT 200)

yoga

On my own healing journey I felt compelled to attain accreditation in Yoga instruction, to not only strengthen my own practice but to also share this love of gentle movement with others. It has helped me to gete grounded, feel less frantic and lost in a very chaotic world.

Yoga has been around longer than anyone cares to remember, and for very good reason. It is healing, therapeutic and helps us to get into greater alignment with ourselves. By completing the course, I felt a real sense of accomplishment as well as realizing just how much determination I had inside my very old feeling body.

The word ‘Yoga’ is derived from the Sanskrit root ‘Yuj’, meaning ‘to join’ or ‘to yoke’ or ‘to unite’. As per Yogic scriptures the practice of Yoga leads to the union of individual consciousness with that of the Universal Consciousness, indicating a perfect harmony between the mind and body, Man & Nature. According to modern scientists, everything in the universe is just a manifestation of the same quantum firmament.

Yoga isn’t only the movement of the body, but also a state of being.
