Remembering silly

I used to be really silly, probably the silliest in fact. I lost that throughout the years drowning in sorrow and anxiety but slowly I am reclaiming this. I recognize the need to help my son learn how to laugh and be goofy. He pulled out a bunch of costumes while I was preparing a lazy Sunday lunch and decided it would be high time to introduce him to Batmom! Anything to get him to smile fills my heart. And so I went along making all of lunch as Batmom, who did a pretty good job!! He had a good giggle ergo mission accomplished.

Don’t forget how to be silly, creative and carefree. Let us hold on to that most treasured skill from our childhoods.
